2022 Hyundai KONA SE Connect 39kWh 5-door Auto Hatchback
Description
Got this one from a trusted dealer, and it’s been a solid driver so far. It’s got a 10.25-inch touchscreen with satellite navigation, Bluelink, and Mapcare — can connect to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto too. The cruise control has smart adaptive features, including stop-and-go, which is handy for traffic. There’s a digital clock, drive mode selector, and a driver-focused instrument cluster with a big LCD screen.Safety features are solid: forward collision assist with pedestrian and cycle detection, lane keep assist, lane follow, and a full parking system with rear camera and guidance. Also has eCall, parking sensors, and a 3rd brake light. The lights are smart — automatic headlights with dusk sensor, LED daytime running lights, and rain sensor.
Inside, it’s cloth upholstery, chrome door handles, and a few little touches like front seat pockets, driver’s lumbar support, and adjustable seats. The rear has a 3-seat bench and a 60/40 fold-down seat — useful if you're sharing the car.
I’ve had it for a few months now and it’s been reliable. The battery is at 100kW, and it charges quickly via the CCS combo port (50kW). I’ve kept it well maintained and it’s got a few smart features like climate control with defog, and a centre interior light.
It’s based in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, so it’s easy to get to if you’re local. I’m not looking to sell it fast — just passing it on to someone who might actually use it. It’s a solid daily driver with good tech and safety.
(Price is £12,105 — not a big deal for what it is, honestly.)
