I'm letting out a comfortable, well-equipped double room in a shared house in Betchworth, Pebblehill Road. It's a bit of a surprise — the room is actually quite spacious with two wardrobes and plenty of storage, perfect for someone who likes to keep things tidy.

It's a shared house with two bathrooms and a kitchen, and I'm looking for a calm, responsible person who keeps things clean and doesn't mind sharing space. The house has regular cleaning, so it's usually spotless — you’ll find toilet rolls, cleaning supplies, and everything you need.

The place is quiet most of the time, and while we do have occasional garden BBQs, it's not too disruptive. It's right next to Tolworth Broadway (KT6), which means great transport links and loads of shops nearby.

Rent includes all utilities — wifi and smart TV included, so you can connect your own accounts. The rent is £900, and it's a one-off deposit. I’m hoping to find someone who's reliable, respectful, and just wants a comfortable, peaceful place to live.
