Fluval U2 Underwater Filter – Still in the original box

I’ve had this Fluval U2 filter for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for my tank. I’ve used it in both a small freshwater setup and as a secondary filter in a bigger one, and it’s been super reliable.

It’s not just for big tanks — I used it horizontally in a shallow setup to make a nice waterfall effect, and it works great with the spray bar giving that gentle flow. I also set it up vertically against the wall to create some nice current patterns, which helps keep things moving in the water.

The flip-top lid makes changing the cartridges super easy — no tools needed. I’ve done maintenance a couple of times and it’s been simple. The 3-way flow control lets you adjust it for different needs, whether you’re after strong circulation or a soft, even flow.

It comes with everything: two foam pads, two poly/carbon cartridges, and the BIOMAX biological rings. All still in the original box, never opened. Made in Italy, so it’s built to last.

I’m moving to Warlingham, Tandridge, and just wanted to get rid of it before I pack it up. It’s been a solid addition to my setup, and I’m happy to part with it — especially since I’m not using it anymore and it’s just taking up space.
