Got this GHD a couple of years ago for my garage gym setup. I’d been hoping to use it more, but ended up not using it as much as I thought. The space’s now getting a bit of a refresh, so I’m thinking of adding something else to fill it properly. I’ve used it for glutes, hamstrings, and even for sit-ups and crunches — especially good when leaning back to stretch out. It’s in great shape, just not been used much. Pictures show it’s in near-new condition. Bought it from Strength Shop — the same store that sells it online, and it was £80 when I got it (RRP was £330). Only collecting, so no shipping.
