Got this Century Bob XL punch bag from a local gym in Grantham, South Kesteven — it’s been sitting in my garage for a while, and I figured it was time to part with it. It’s the full-size, life-sized torso version with adjustable height (60” to 82”), so you can set it up however you like. The base is solid and stable — I just fill it with water or sand to give it more resistance. It’s been used for a bit of home boxing and self-defense drills, but it’s still in great shape, no damage, just a bit of scuffing on the edges. I picked it up at a local seller and didn’t need it anymore. It’s not brand new, but it’s solid and works great. Price is £225 — I’ll take it off the shelf if you’re interested.
