Hey, I'm Steven — I've been doing one-on-one fitness and martial arts training for about 20 years now, mostly around the Worcester area, Cheltenham, and Gloucestershire. I’ve worked with people on boxing, self-defence, and weight training, including helping boxers prepare for semi-pro and even some white-collar fights. I’ve also run classes at local gyms over the years.A lot of my clients come to me because they want to feel stronger, look better, or just get more confident in their bodies — fitness isn’t just about workouts, it’s about feeling good in your own skin. I’ve helped people get into shape, build muscle, and even learn some basic self-defence moves.
Now I’m based in Saltdean, Brighton, and I’m happy to offer one-on-one sessions to people who want a tailored, real, no-nonsense fitness plan. It’s not about flashy routines — it’s about results you can see and feel. If you’re looking for something practical and personal, I’ve got you covered.
