2023 Kia Pro Ceed 1.6 T-GDi GT Shooting Brake DCT Euro 6 (s/s) 5dr Estate Petrol Automatic
Description
So, I’ve been driving this 2023 Kia Pro Ceed GT Shooting Brake for just over a year now, and honestly? It’s been a solid daily driver. It’s white, which isn’t the most flashy colour, but it’s clean and practical.I bought it new from a dealer, and it’s been a great mix of tech and comfort — everything from Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to a 10.25-inch touchscreen and a 4.2-inch cluster display. The 18-inch alloy wheels with red centre caps look decent, and the leather trim (half leather, black with red stitching) feels nice to touch.
It has all the modern stuff: parking sensors, reverse camera, lane-keeping assist, forward collision warning, heated seats, heated steering wheel, and even a start/stop button with smart keyless entry. The cabin is fairly spacious with 60-40 split folding rear seats — useful if you ever need to squeeze in a couple of extra passengers or a load of gear.
I’ve used it for commuting, weekend trips, and even a few long drives — the ride’s smooth, the tech works well, and it’s not too expensive to run. It’s got all the safety bits too — ABS, ESC, EBD, brake assist, and even a driver attention warning system.
I’ve kept it well-maintained, and the only thing I’d say is that it’s a bit on the quiet side when it comes to sound — not a big fan of that, but I guess it’s not the kind of car meant to be loud.
I’m moving house soon and need to part with it, so it’s going to neston, Cheshire West and Chester. It’s not a flashy car, but it’s reliable, practical, and actually quite comfortable for daily use.
It’s worth a look if you’re in the market for something with good tech, decent space, and a solid safety profile — not a luxury car, but more of a sensible, no-nonsense family estate.
If you’re interested, I’m happy to chat — no pressure, just a real car, real use, and real value.
P.S. I’ve only driven it about 15,000 miles so far — not a lot, and it’s been kept in good shape. I’ve also got a bit of a mental note: if you’re thinking about buying, it’s worth checking out the details before committing — I’ve learned a lot over the years, and I don’t want anyone to end up with a car that doesn’t suit their needs.
