I’ve been using this PST Merge tool for a while now, and it’s honestly saved me so much time. I used to have all my emails split across five different PST files — work, personal, old backups, etc. It was a mess trying to find things, and Outlook was starting to act up.

This tool just combines all of them into one clean file. No data gets lost, and everything stays in its original folders. I tried a few other ones before, but this one actually works smoothly with every version of Outlook, even the older ones. The interface is simple too — I didn’t even need to read the manual to get it going.

I bought it a few years ago and it’s still working perfectly. I keep it on my desk just in case I need to tidy things up again. It’s not fancy, but it does exactly what it says — merge PST files without any hassle.
