2023 Peugeot 308 1.6 Plug-in Hybrid GT 5-door Hatchback
Description
So I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2023 Peugeot 308 1.6 plug-in hybrid GT, five doors, automatic. It’s not just a regular hybrid, it’s got a real mix of electric and petrol power, and it’s been pretty reliable since I got it.Inside, it’s got a 10-inch touchscreen that’s easy to use — I’ve used it for navigation, music, and even voice commands. The seats are comfortable, especially the driver’s seat with lumbar support and height adjustment. Front passenger seat too. I’ve got a good setup for long drives, and the rear seats fold down easily — useful when I’m travelling with kids or just need more space.
The tech side is solid: Bluetooth, DAB radio, USB ports (two regular and one USB-C in the back, charging only), and a nice little remote control. There’s also a driver attention warning, which helps keep you alert, and a trip computer that tracks distance, speed, and fuel. The ambient lighting is a fun touch — I’ve got it set to a warm tone when I’m driving at night.
Exterior-wise, it’s got 18-inch Kamakura alloy wheels with a diamond cut finish. The windscreen is acoustic tinted, and the rear windows are dark tinted — helps keep the cabin cooler. The headlights are full matrix LED with auto-adjust, and the rear lights have that cool Peugeot claw effect that flashes when you unlock the car. I love how it looks in the dark.
There’s a lot of safety features too — ESP, airbags, tyre pressure sensors, and the front seats have headrests that adjust to your height. The mirrors are electric and heated, which is a real plus in winter. I’ve never had an issue with visibility, even in bad weather.
I’ve also got a puncture kit and a ski hatch with a cup holder — useful for weekend trips. The interior is clean, and I’ve kept it well-maintained. It’s been a solid daily driver and has never needed major repairs.
I’m based in Clayton-Bradford, Bradford, and I’m just looking to part ways with it. It’s not the cheapest car on the market, but it’s got a great balance of tech, comfort, and practicality. I’ve had it for about three years, and it’s been a reliable companion.
All used cars come with a minimum 6-month warranty — I’m happy to share the details if you're interested.
If you're thinking of buying a car that’s tech-savvy, roomy, and not too flashy — this one might fit. I’ll be honest, it’s not flashy, but it’s dependable. And it’s actually quite pleasant to drive — especially in mixed traffic.
