2016 Vauxhall Corsa ENERGY AC ECOFLEX Hatchback Petrol Manual
Description
So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2016 Vauxhall Corsa, manual, petrol, the ENERGY AC ECOFLEX version. It’s red, which I still think looks sharp, even if I’m not sure if it’s the most practical shade. It’s got a 1.4L engine, which I’ve found works pretty well — gets around 55.4 mpg combined and only puts out 118g/km of CO2, so it’s not bad for the planet, and honestly, it’s been pretty cheap to run.
Inside, it’s got aircon, which I’ve used every single time it’s been hot — big plus. The alloy wheels look nice, and they actually help with handling a bit more than just looking flashy.
I’ve had to park in tight spots a few times, and the front and rear parking sensors have saved me more than once. You don’t always see things when you’re turning in a driveway, and they’re basically a safety net.
The heated front seats and heated steering wheel are a godsend when it’s cold — I’ve driven through frosty mornings and it actually feels like a warm cabin.
I’ve got Bluetooth and USB, so I can play music or take calls without touching the wheel — pretty handy. The multi-function steering wheel controls make it easy to switch between phone and music.
Safety-wise, it has ISOFIX points, so if you’ve got kids, you can secure their seats properly. I’ve used that feature a few times and it’s been a real relief.
It’s been well looked after, and I’ve had it serviced regularly. Comes with a WSG warranty, and I’ve got a 12-month AA breakdown cover too.
It’s based in Spalding, South Holland, so if you’re local or passing through, I’m happy to show it around. I’m not selling it for a lot — it’s £4,495.50 — but it’s been reliable, practical, and has actually been good for daily use.
