So, I’ve got a furnished double room in a quiet 2-bed flat in Uppingham. It’s a pretty peaceful place, tucked away in a little bit of a village feel, not too far from the centre.

The room has its own bed, storage, and everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. It’s fully furnished, so no need to bring much — just bring your stuff and get settled.

I’m a non-smoker, no pets allowed, and it’s a shared kitchen and bathroom — nothing fancy, but clean and tidy. There’s also a shared living area, which I’ve not used much, so it’s more of a quiet space than a lounge.

Parking is available on site, and there’s a nice garden you can head to if you’re up for a walk. The flat’s close to Tesco, a post office, and bus stops — makes it easy to get around.

Bills are covered — including gas, electricity, and internet — so you just pay rent. No surprises.
