So, I’ve had this 2017 Golf GTD for a couple of years now — it’s been kept well, mostly driven gently, and I’ve actually only had it for one owner. It’s a proper BlueMotion version with the tech bits you’d expect — Euro 6 compliant, so no issues with ULEZ.

It’s got a full service history, an 8-month MOT, and I’ve had it checked over thoroughly — nothing’s missed. The interior’s clean, the seats are still comfy (GTD sport cloth), and the 18-inch alloy wheels look sharp. I even have the winter and styling packs, which come in handy when the weather turns.

Inside, it’s got all the modern stuff: LED headlights with dynamic cornering, automatic lights, heated front seats, climate control, and a full touchscreen with navigation, DAB, Bluetooth, USB, AUX, and even voice control. You can really get into the car and feel at home in it.
