2024 Nissan Leaf 39kWh Tekna Auto 5dr Hatchback
Description
So, I’ve been looking at a 2024 Nissan Leaf Tekna — not just any used car, but one that’s actually been a single owner from day one, and only done about 4,000 miles. It’s a proper electric car, so no engine noise, just a smooth, quiet drive. The battery’s 41kWh, which used to give it 168 miles on a full charge — not bad for a city car, especially if you’re not going far.I’ve been charging it at home with a 7kW charger, and it takes about 7.5 hours to go from empty to full. Public charging is even faster — around 1h 20m to get to 80%, which is pretty handy if you’re on the go.
The Tekna trim has a few nice bits: automatic climate control with a pollen filter and timer, smart headlights that turn on when you’re approaching a bend, and a full 360-degree camera system with front and rear sensors. That makes parking way easier. I’ve never had a hard time getting into tight spots.
There’s also a BOSE sound system with 7 speakers — not loud, but actually nice for music or a bit of chill listening. And cruise control helps when you’re driving on the motorway or long stretches.
The boot space is decent too — not huge, but enough for groceries or a weekend trip.
I’m based in Templecombe, Somerset now, so if you’re local, I can actually drop it off or meet up for a quick look. I’ve only had it for a few months, and it’s been running fine.
I know it’s not cheap — it’s around £12,150 — but it’s a solid, low-maintenance car with a lot of modern features. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable and quiet, which I appreciate.
If you’re thinking of switching to an EV and want something practical, this one might be worth a look. No deposit, no hassle — even if you’ve had trouble with finance before, there are options.
I’m just passing it on because I’m not needing it anymore, and it’s been a good ride. Let me know if you’re interested — I’ll be happy to chat.
