The family is looking for a single professional tenant (female preferred), and we're hoping someone with a stable job and good references. You'll need ID, three months of bank statements, and three months of payslips.

It's a great location — not too far from the town centre, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and transport. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes away, and it’s a short ride to central London via the underground.
