Got this teak garden set from a family who’s moved on — it’s been in their garden for years and has seen a lot. The wood is solid, the pieces are all original, and it’s not fancy, just honest and sturdy. A bit of wear around the edges, like it’s been out in the elements a fair bit, but it still looks solid and holds up well. If you’re looking for something that just works — and doesn’t need a lot of fuss — this is a real keeper. I’m keeping it in my garden in Llangadog, Carmarthenshire, and it’s been sitting there doing its bit. Might be a bit of a bargain at £126, but I’m not saying that out loud — just thought I’d share it with you.
