Venga Robotic Vacuum Cleaner VG RVC 3002 + Mop Kit
Description
I’ve had this Venga robot vacuum for a few months now and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for my home in Hebburn, South Tyneside. I used to spend ages vacuuming, especially with the stairs and corners, and this thing just does the job without me having to lift a finger. It’s got three-in-one functionality: broom, vacuum, and mop. The side brushes and big central brush make it good at picking up dust and pet hair, and the mop function with a 300ml tank is actually pretty handy – I’ve used it on my tiles and carpets without any issues.
The battery’s solid – I’ve got up to 120 minutes of runtime, and it’s smart enough to go back to the charging base when it’s done, so it doesn’t need me to chase it around. It uses laser navigation to map out my house, so it remembers where it’s been and cleans efficiently. I can even set it to clean specific areas via the Venga app, or block off certain spots like a high-traffic area or a corner I don’t want it near.
There’s a “One Touch” button that starts a full clean in one go – super easy to use. It also has anti-collision and anti-fall sensors, so it doesn’t crash into furniture or fall off edges.
I’ve tried all the cleaning modes – from spot cleaning a particularly messy spot to edge cleaning along the walls, and even room-specific cleaning. The water flow on the mop is adjustable, and when I use it on high suction, it really gives a good scrub. It works on all floor types – tiles, parquet, carpets – and can climb up to 1.5cm, which helps with the stairs.
It comes with everything you need: the unit, dustbin with HEPA filter, water tank, brushes, cloths, cleaning tool, remote (with batteries), charging station (EU and UK plugs), and a user manual in six languages.
I’ve used it every day for a while now and it’s been reliable. I’m just letting it go because I’ve moved house and it’s easier to just sell it. Price is £36 – I’m not charging much because I actually love how it works.
If you’ve got a home with corners, stairs, or just want to save time on cleaning, it’s worth a look. I’ve kept it in good shape and haven’t had any issues.
