I’ve had this cast iron fireplace for years, mostly just sitting in the corner of my living room. It’s a solid piece with a nice, warm design—comes with a shelf above, which I’ve used to store books and a few mugs. No grate, so it’s not really functional as a firepit, but I’ve kept it as a statement piece. A bit of restoration work would bring it back to life—like cleaning the surface and maybe adding a new one. It’s been well-maintained, just not used much. Located in Monifieth, Angus.
