So, I’ve had this Neo mobility scooter for a few years now, and it’s been a real lifesaver for getting around my little place in Dolgellau, Gwynedd. I’ve only ever used it a bit, so it’s still in very good shape — not a lot of wear and tear, just the kind of light use you’d expect from someone who’s got a bit of a commute or just wants to move around comfortably.

The seat is comfy, armrests adjust easily, and the controls are simple — super beginner-friendly if you’re new to scooters, but still useful for anyone who just wants a bit more independence. The ride is smooth, and the batteries are brand new — I replaced them last year, so you’re not getting anything with old or weak power.

It folds down neatly, so I can stash it in the back of my garage or even take it with me when I’m out and about. I’ve only really needed it for short trips around the village and a bit of garden work, so it’s been mostly used indoors and on flat surfaces.

I’m not using it anymore — I’ve switched to walking more and found other ways to get around. It’s just sitting in the corner of my garage, looking a bit like it’s waiting for someone who needs it.
