Got this Shoprider Wispa mobility scooter and it’s been in my garage in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire for a few years now. The plastics and seat are in pretty good shape, clean and tidy — not fancy, but functional. Batteries are 12V 15Ah and still give a decent range, though if you want a fresh set, they’re about £40. The scooter’s compact, so it’s a bit better for tight spaces — like small shops or narrow aisles — because it turns tighter than standard 4-wheel models. I’ve used it mainly for getting around the local area, and it’s been pretty reliable. The user weight is 18 stone, and the battery case is removable, so you can charge it indoors if needed.
