Description

This 2020 BMW X4 M40i is a proper mix of sporty drive and smooth luxury. It’s got that aggressive stance with M aerodynamic styling, a bold Phytonic Blue paint, and 20-inch M Light Double-spoke alloy wheels in Orbit Grey. The front has a cerium grey kidney grille, LED headlights, and those sharp L-shape 3D taillights with split exhausts — it looks sharp when you’re driving it.

Inside, it’s all about comfort and tech. Cognac Vernasca leather with contrast stitching, heated M Sport seats with lumbar support, and a leather gear knob make the cabin feel premium. The dashboard has a 6.5-inch colour screen with BMW Live Cockpit Professional and iDrive, plus a Harman Kardon sound system. There’s a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, and a lot of storage — cup holders, bottle holders, even a small first aid kit and warning triangle.

Tech stuff like BMW ConnectedDrive, wireless charging, parking assist, and Driving Assistant Plus are all there. The car has Active Guard, DSC, airbags, ISOFIX, and a full safety suite. It’s got M Sport suspension, variable steering, and drive modes — Comfort, Sport, and ECO PRO — so you can switch it up depending on the day.

I bought it a few years ago and it’s been well looked after. It’s been checked over thoroughly — engine, brakes, electrics, everything. The only thing I’d say is it’s a bit of a long-term project, and I’m not sure if I’ll be keeping it for much longer.
