I’m selling my DAWES Galaxy road bike – one of those classic English builds that’s been around for years and still rides like a dream. It’s a 24-speed with precision gearing, built on a solid Reynolds 531 frame, and I’ve had it fully serviced so it runs smooth and quiet.

It’s not just for long rides – it’s got the kind of responsiveness you need when you’re commuting through city streets, especially hills. The sealed bottom bracket and smooth bearings mean it feels really stable and quiet on the road. Brakes are sharp and reliable – you’ll feel that when you need to stop quickly.

I’m 6’0” so it fits me well, and it’s definitely got the right height for someone on the taller side. It’s been kept in great condition, with original parts and no swaps – everything’s exactly as it came from the factory.
