Description

So, I’ve had this 2019 Golf R sitting in my driveway in Brockenhurst, New Forest for a couple of years now — it’s been properly looked after, no major issues, and I’ve kept it clean and well-maintained. It’s a solid R-spec with the 2.0 TSI engine, 300ps, and that 4Motion all-wheel drive — not flashy, but it’s got real grip and a great driving feel.

The paint is pure white, and it’s got that full VW service history — all the regular checks, oil changes, and everything else you’d expect from a properly cared-for car. I’ve actually had it serviced at a proper garage every 10,000 miles or so, so it’s been kept running smoothly.

I’ve been using it for local runs, weekends, and just getting around — nothing fancy, just practical. The interior is clean, the seats are still comfortable, and the tech stack is top-tier: touch-screen navigation, car-net app, security, eCall, and all that good stuff. The alloy wheels are 18-inch Cadiz ones, body-coloured bumpers and door handles, and there’s even a rear spoiler — it looks sharp when you’re driving.

I’ve got a few little extras: heated rear windscreen, heated washer jets, remote folding mirrors with puddle lights, and the rear windows are about 65% tinted — not too dark, just enough to keep the sun out. The car’s got a full set of safety features too — ABS, ESC, traction control, electronic parking brake, front and rear airbags, child locks, and even a driver alert system.

I’m not selling it because I need the cash — I just want to get it out of the driveway and into a new hands. It’s been a good car to drive, and I’d feel comfortable handing it over to someone who knows what they’re looking for.

If you're thinking about buying it, I can arrange a quick view or even a collection from Brockenhurst. I’ve been in the car trade for over 25 years, and I’ve worked with a lot of local mechanics — I know what to look for, and I know how to spot a decent used car. I’ve only ever sold to people I trust, and I’m happy to take your current car as a deposit if you’re interested.

I’ve also got a few add-ons available if you’re after them — like MOT insurance, gap cover, or key protection — just let me know what you need.

No pressure, just a good car that’s been treated well. If you’re interested, just pop me a message — I’ll talk you through it properly.

P.S. I’ve actually been quoted a price of £17,545.50, but that’s not what matters — it’s whether it’s a car you’d actually want to drive every day. And honestly, this one has been a solid companion for me over the years.
