Got this crane van from a family-run business in Freshwater, Isle of Wight — it’s been sitting in the shed for a few years, mostly doing light work around the farm and some local deliveries.

It’s a 2011 DAF LF55.220 with a rear-mounted Atlas 92.2 crane, two extensions, and a Kinshofer brick clamp. The body’s a 6.4m aluminium double drop side, steel suspension, and it’s got a full Euro 5 spec. Inside, it’s got everything: multi-function steering wheel, air conditioning, heated mirrors, engine brake, cruise control, electric windows, and a digital card tacho.

I’ve been using it for a few years, mostly for small jobs around the island, so it’s been well-maintained. No major issues, just some normal wear and tear.

The business that owns it has been around since 1974 — Derek started it in Surrey, but now they’re based in Freshwater. They’ve got a solid team, and they’ve been handling everything in-house — from repairs to MOTs to storage. They also offer payment in USD or EUR if that helps.
