I’ve had this Duplo play house for years, mostly used by my kids when they were little. It’s in pretty good shape overall, though the instructions are a bit damaged – one page is torn and the rest are a bit faded. Still, the pieces fit together fine and it’s sturdy enough for playtime. I’m moving to Dunmow, Uttlesford and just wanted to get rid of it. It’s not super rare, but it’s a classic for kids. I’ve kept it in a box and it’s been stored well – no major damage or wear.
