2020 VW T6.1 Campervan with Skyline Pop Top

Description

So, I’ve been living in this van for the last two years and honestly, it’s become my second home. It’s a 2020 VW Transporter T6.1 Highline, DSG automatic, diesel, and it’s got everything you’d need for real off-grid adventures — no need to plug into a power point.

The Skyline pop-top is burgundy canvas with vents, and it sleeps four: two up top, two on the rock & roll bed. Inside it’s all black and red leatherette, wood-effect flooring, a foldaway table, and full carpeting. The kitchen’s solid — fridge under counter, gas hob with glass lid, chrome sink, and fresh water/waste system. I’ve got a new AGM battery and inverter (both 2025), so it’s off-grid ready with no fuss.

Heater’s brand new, installed in 2025 — no more cold mornings. The van’s been well looked after: 56,880 miles, last service done in January 2025 at Halfords, and it’s got a valid MOT until January 2026. The engine’s a 2.0 TDI Euro 6, ULEZ-compliant, and it drives like a dream.

I’ve had three owners before me, including the current one, and the V5C is still with it. There’s a bit of wear — a small crack on the rear bumper, a paint scrape above the arch, and a little scuff on the front — but nothing that affects how it handles or lives.

It’s registered in Lowestoft, East Suffolk, and I’ve been using it for everything from coastal walks to wild camping. The 20” gloss black alloys have a bit of kerbing, and the running boards are professionally trimmed.

What’s included: two keys, V5C, owner’s manual, and all the electrical paperwork.
