My old Angelo – the one I used to keep in the kitchen when I was cooking up fancy meals. It’s not perfect, a bit worn around the edges, and I’ve had a few minor issues with the joints over the years. Still works fine for basic tasks though. I’ve been using it for years, mostly for chopping and slicing, and it’s been a real handy tool. I’m getting rid of it because I’ve switched to a newer set, but I’m happy to part with it. It’s in good hands, and I’ve used it through a lot of meals – just like my kitchen has grown over the years.
