These Tortora 30x30 matt porcelain tiles are a no-nonsense, clean-neutral option – perfect if you’re doing a bathroom, kitchen, or utility. The mid-grey tone is solid, not flashy, and works with almost any grout or interior style. They’re 300mm x 300mm, so they’re easy to work with for smaller or medium-sized rooms.

I’ve got 9m² available – that’s about 100 tiles – and I’m offering it at £10 per m², or the full lot for £80 (that’s a saving of £10). It’s just clearance stock, so not a long-term sale, and I’m only doing collection drops.
