So, I’ve got this 2017 Fiat Carado T449 sitting in north-berwick, East Lothian — it’s been well looked after and I’ve actually used it fairly regularly over the years. Low mileage, and I’ve had it serviced properly. The gas system has an 11kg bottle, and I’ve got the full starter pack — cam belt, water pump, timing belt, auxiliary belt all replaced back in August 2022.

It comes with two keys, a Blaupunkt car stereo (Series 530), Thule Omnistor 5200 awning, Truma Combi for water and heating, Thetford toilet, alarm, immobiliser, and a plug-in sat-nav. Air con’s working fine. MOT runs until October 2026.

Inside, there’s a Thetford 3-ring gas hob and oven grill, plus a Thetford fridge freezer. I’ve had the habitation checked, and the damp report from November 28th says nothing — no damp, no water ingress. All the 240V mains and gas tightness tests were done that same day.

It’s got captain seats, four seat belts, a fixed double bed, sleeps four, and has a large garage. There’s also a bike rack, satellite dish, and solar panels — and honestly, it’s got loads more little bits that make it feel like a proper, lived-in setup.
