So, I’ve got this 2017 SEAT Ateca TDI with the ECOMOTIVE SE tech pack — it’s a diesel manual hatchback, and honestly, it’s been a solid daily driver for me over the years. The inside is clean, well-maintained, and the seats are still comfy even after all this time.

I’ve kept it pretty much as-is — no big mods, just regular use and care. The cabin feels fresh, with proper climate control, dual zone, and a nice touchscreen that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You can even set it to hold your preferred settings when you start the car.

The tech side is solid — has a navigation pack, trip computer, and things like city emergency braking and driver alert warnings. The steering is smooth, especially with the electric power assist, and the wheels are 18-inch bi-colour alloys. I like how the mirrors adjust automatically and the LED lights are bright, especially in the dark.

Safety features are top-notch: ABS, ESP, EBA, traction control, airbags front and side, and tyre pressure monitoring. The seats have lumbar adjustments and memory settings, and the rear seats fold easily — useful when I’ve got kids or just need to carry more stuff.

There’s a storage box under the driver’s seat, cup holders, and even a small storage spot in the front seat backs. The boot has lashing eyes and a storage box, and the boot release is easy to find.

It’s parked at ty-croes, Stad Y Felin now — not far from the village, so if you’re in the area, I’d be happy to show it off. I’ve had it for about 7 years, and it’s been reliable through winter and summer, no major issues.
