The space is 20ft by 40ft, and it’s spotless. Right outside, there’s a lovely swimming pool, a great cafe, an 18-hole golf course for all ages, and a restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. The views are just stunning — you can see the river clearly from the lounge.

I’ve got garden furniture tucked away, so you can enjoy the outdoors even when it’s not sunny. It’s been well-maintained, and the whole place feels lived-in but clean. Perfect for a relaxing break, especially if you’re into nature, golf, or just chilling by the water.

It’s in Enniskillen, Fermanagh and Omagh District — not far from the main roads, easy access if you’re passing through. Price is £89,995.50, but I’m not going to say that out loud because it’s just not how I talk about things. 😄 Just thought someone might find it useful.
