Got this 2017 Kia Rio 1.2 litre bright white hatchback a few years ago and honestly, it’s been one of my favourite cars ever since. It’s in great shape inside and out, and it drives smoothly — no surprises, just solid reliability. I’ve actually used it for a lot of trips around the area, mostly to and from Ferryhill, County Durham, and it’s held up well.

One thing I really appreciate is how efficient it is — up to 68mpg, which means I don’t have to run to the petrol station as often. And with only 109g/km CO2, it’s not bad for the environment either. It’s a practical little car, but it’s not just about mileage — it’s about having something that feels like it belongs in your daily life.

It comes with air conditioning, Bluetooth hands-free calling, USB, AUX, remote central locking, electric windows, and even heated door mirrors. The seats are cloth, there’s a cup holder, a trip computer, and split folding rear seats — plenty of space if you need it. The steering wheel’s adjustable too, which I’ve found handy for long drives.

I’ve kept it well maintained, and it’s been parked mostly at home, so it hasn’t been stressed. I’m selling it now because I’m moving and just want to keep it in the family — it’s not just a car, it’s a reliable partner.
