Nissan Elgrand 3.5L 2006 3490cc
Description
So, I’ve had this Nissan Elgrand for a few years now – it’s a solid 2006 Series 2 with the 3.5L engine, 2WD, and Ulez compliant. It’s been properly looked after, fully serviced, and kept running smoothly. I’ve had it through a few seasons of camping, and it’s definitely been ready for the road – especially when you’re out on the move.It comes with two key fobs, keyless entry and start, and both side doors open electrically (works with key fob too). The electric curtains are still in good shape, and MOT runs until May 2026. Fuel is auto, and I’ve kept it well-maintained – just under 100k miles.
I’ve added a few bits over the years: a Drivelodge Scenic Pop Top with bed boards, a £4,200 Fiamma pull-out awning, a £1,000 front passenger seat that swivels, and £250 worth of new tyres with a full 4-wheel alignment. The wheels were refurbed in anthracite grey – they look solid. There’s a 2kW diesil heater (Lavaner Pro) and a full split charging system. Also got side window covers, windscreen blinds, midge net on the side doors, and all the usual bits.
I had a PCV replaced in 2024, transmission service, rocker covers and seals, and callipers – all changed that year. The speedometer is in miles, and there’s a side bench and pull-out bed. The bed can be removed if you need to carry large items – I’ve got a slide board for full-length storage, and a side storage unit with a hand pump tap. The rear benches are there too, though the bed’s left up permanently.
There’s spare seats and carpets in the loft if you’re thinking of using it for longer trips.
I’m selling it because I’m moving to a new place in Hebburn, South Tyneside, and I just need to get it out of the way. The motorhome is fully serviced and checked over, and I’ve got a starter pack ready to go. Finance is available, and I’m happy to swap it in for something else if you’re interested.
It’s actually on display at Morrison Caravan and Motorhome Sales on Callander Road, Ayr – open 7 days a week, 10am to as long as you’re in the area. I’m happy to arrange a delivery to anywhere in the UK if needed.
Just a really reliable, well-used van that’s been trusted for camping trips, weekend getaways, and just getting around. No fancy claims – just a solid piece of kit that’s done its bit.
