Husqvarna Lily 530 Sewing Machine
Description
I’m parting with my Husqvarna Lily 530 – a Swedish-made sewing machine I’ve used quite a bit over the years and it’s still in great shape. It’s not brand new, but it’s been well looked after and runs smoothly. When it first came out, it was priced around £549, so it’s definitely a solid investment.I’ve had it serviced myself – I’m a trained Husqvaring engineer – and it comes with a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. All the original accessories are still there: the carry case, accessory box, four bobbins, and all the feet (reverse, overlock, blind hem, zip, buttonhole, sensor buttonhole, and auxiliary spool pin). There’s also the instruction book (PDF) and everything you’d need for everyday sewing.
Features include a DC motor, needle up/down, drop-in bobbin, jam-proof design, variable stitch length and width, drop feed, 24 needle positions, memory functions, and a range of stitches for quilting, embroidery, and darning. The sleeve arm with extension table and sewing light are still in great condition too.
I can arrange mainland UK delivery for £9.99 – just let me know if you’re in the area. If you’re within about 30 miles of Bishopton, Station Road, I’ll do free delivery.
I also do regular servicing and repairs for all types of sewing machines and overlockers. If you’re interested, I’ll give you a no-obligation estimate and all work is guaranteed. I’ve been doing this for over 30 years and have trained with several major manufacturers.
It’s a reliable machine, and I’ve kept it well-maintained. If you’re thinking of getting into sewing or upgrading your setup, this could be a great fit. Just message me if you’d like to chat more – happy to share photos or go through it in detail.
P.S. I’ve only just moved to Bishopton, Station Road, so if you’re local, I might even offer a quick pickup if you’re within 50 miles.
