2024 Ford Transit Custom 280L Diesel Van
Description
So I’ve got this 2024 Ford Transit Custom 280L diesel van — it’s actually the one that won ‘International Van of the Year’ last year, which is kind of cool. It’s in a clean grey, looks solid, and I’ve been using it for a few months now, so it’s been well looked after. It’s a Limited spec, so comes with all the good stuff — wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto via the new Sync 4 touchscreen, cruise control, auto lights, rain-sensing wipers, Bluetooth, front and rear parking sensors, alloy wheels, rear camera, and heated seats. I’ve even got a keyless entry and push-button start — nice little touches.
The interior’s tidy, AC works great, and the dashboard is modern and easy to use. I’ve got DAB radio, USB ports, lane departure warning, and even pre-crash prevention. The front windscreen heats up too, which is a real plus in the winter.
I’ve had it checked out properly — full HPI check to confirm no accident history, no finance, and not imported. Also, a VOSA report for cars over three years old to verify the mileage. All of that’s free — not something most dealers charge for.
The van’s been fully prepared — mechanically and cosmetically — so it’s ready to drive straight out of the garage. Any tyres with less than 3mm tread have been replaced (the legal limit is 1.6mm, so we’re good there). There’s at least 6 months of MOT left, and I’ve got it set up so you don’t need to do any servicing for the next 6 months or 6,000 miles.
I’ve also included two keys and a 3-month warranty — just to give you a bit more peace of mind.
It’s based in Bourn, South Kesteven, so if you’re local, it’s easy to get to. I’m not selling it through a big dealership — it’s just me, the van, and a few personal notes about how it’s been used and maintained.
The price is £22,275 — that’s a fair bit off the new model price, and it’s a real deal. I’ve been using it for work and weekend trips, and it’s held up really well.
If you’re interested, just give me a call — I’ll set up a time to show you around and let you drive it. No pressure, just a real, honest look at a solid van that’s actually been driven and maintained properly.
