Audi A6 Estate 2008 Manual 2.0 TDI

So, I’ve had this Audi A6 estate for a while now — 2008 model, 2.0 TDI, five doors, manual gearbox. It’s not flashy by any means, and honestly, it doesn’t win any car shows, but it’s been a solid workhorse for me over the years.

It’s 17 years old now, so it’s not exactly a vintage piece, but it’s still smooth on the motorway and drives just as comfortable as when I first got it. I’ve only done about 105k miles, so there’s plenty of life left in it.

There’s a bit of surface rust around the wheel arches — not bad, just a few patches — but I’ve got a DIY repair kit and the right paint to fix it up. The sides have a few light scratches, but a detailer said they’re polishable, so not too much to worry about.

The last few thousand miles were done by the previous owner — they replaced the timing belt, EGR valve, water pump, glow plugs, and front calipers. I’ve just had it serviced this week, and swapped out the front tires with new all-seasons. The rear ones are basically brand new too.

The alloy wheels are a bit worn, but they still hold up fine. I’ve taken the photos to show the full service history from Audi up to the 90k MOT in December 2025.
