Polish oak king bed frame
Description
So, I’ve had this Polish oak king bed frame for a while now — it’s solid, sturdy, and the lattice head and footboard give it a nice, warm look. It’s not brand new, but it’s been well looked after and still holds up really well.Important thing to note: it’s made in Poland, so the mattress needs to be European king size — about 3 inches wider than a UK king. If you’ve got an IKEA king mattress, that should fit just fine.
I’ve taken it apart into pieces so it’s easier to move — it’s 69 inches wide by 81 inches long, about 10.5 inches tall. Headboard is 31.5 inches high, footboard 27 inches.
I’m based in Dudley, West Midlands, so if you’re in the area, I can give you a quick drop-in or just send it out if you’re a bit further away. I’m not doing full deliveries though — just a flat fee if you want to pick it up.
I’ve got a small furniture shop called LOW COST MOVES on the St Paul's trading estate, Copley Mill off Huddersfield Road. The gates are next to St Paul’s church — go through, turn left immediately, and you’ll see it at the bottom of the slope, just up from the red steps.
We’re open Monday to Friday 10am–5pm and Saturdays 10am–3:30pm. Closed Sundays.
It’s been sitting in the shop for a while, and I just thought I’d get it out there — it’s not expensive, but it’s solid and will last a long time. I’ve actually been using it in my own place, so I know it’s not just sitting on a shelf.
Priced at £175.50 — if you’re serious about it, I can talk through the details.
