Sharp LC-32GA5E 32 inch LCD TV – VGA, SCART, S-Video, Component
Description
I’m parting with my Sharp LC-32GA5E 32-inch LCD TV. It’s still working fine, just doesn’t come with a remote — I’ve been using a borrowed one for years, so I didn’t bother buying one. No HDMI either, so if you’re trying to plug in a modern device like a streaming box or game console, you’ll need a HDMI-to-component adapter (you can find one on eBay for about £10).It has all the old-school analog inputs: VGA, SCART, S-Video, Component, RCA/composite, and RF — so it’ll still work with old DVD players, VHS, or even a basic box set. That said, I’m not sure if it has a built-in Freeview tuner, so if you’re hoping to watch free-to-air channels, you might need a separate decoder box.
It’s currently in Caterham, Tandridge — just needs to be collected. It’s a bit of a throwback, but still usable for basic viewing. If you’re into retro gear or just want a TV that doesn’t need fancy cables, it might work for you. I’m keeping it at £9 — not much, but it’s what I’ve got.
