2017 Skoda Octavia vRS DSG Diesel Estate
Description
I’m selling my 2017 Skoda Octavia vRS estate – it’s one of those cars that just feels right. I’ve had it for a few years now and it’s been properly looked after through a full Skoda dealership service history, with the last one done in February 2025. It’s a solid 88,000 miles, which isn’t bad for its age, and it’s been kept well in between services. It’s a diesel, so it’s efficient, and the 2.0 TDI engine gives it a punchy 0-60 in just under 8.1 seconds – not too flashy, but enough to keep you moving without burning too much fuel. The vRS trim brings a bit of sportiness – the seats are in that cool black Alcantara with red stitching, the wheels are 18-inch Gemini silver, and there’s a full black design package with gloss black roof rails.
Inside, it’s got a lot of modern bits: dual-zone climate control with humidity sensor, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto via SmartLink, a large touchscreen with navigation and Wi-Fi, and even voice control. The seats are heated, the mirrors auto-adjust, and there’s a lot of storage – glovebox with lights, front armrest, rear armrest with boot access, and even a vanity mirror for the passenger.
It’s got all the safety stuff too – airbags, ESP, blind spot assist, lane assist, parking sensors, and even a driver fatigue warning. The boot’s big enough for a couple of suitcases or a bike, and the panoramic sunroof gives a nice touch of openness.
I’ve kept it clean and simple – no flashy mods, just good solid use. It’s been through a full MOT on purchase and comes with a 12-month MOT included, plus a one-month warranty.
I live in humbie, East Lothian, so it’s a short drive if you’re local. I’ve been selling cars for over 20 years – I personally pick every one, and I’ve mostly stuck to German brands like Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and VW. If you’re looking for something reliable and well-maintained, this one’s been in a good spot.
Price is £12,330 – that’s what I’m thinking, but happy to talk if you’re interested. Just give me a ring or message if you’d like to see it.
No fuss, no sales talk – just a car I’ve used and loved, now looking for a new home.
