So, I’ve had this 2017 Audi Q3 for a few years now — it’s actually been with just one owner since new, which is a big plus. It’s a solid, well-maintained SUV with a 1.4-litre petrol engine and Euro 6 compliance, so it’s pretty efficient. I’ve never driven anything like this before, and I’ve actually been pretty happy with how it handles — smooth, responsive, and not too thirsty.

It’s got the Sport trim, which means it’s got a bit of extra flair — Xenon Plus headlights with LED daytime running lights, automatic lights that turn on when it gets dark or starts raining. I like the look of the 17-inch alloy wheels too — 7J 5-spoke Y design, clean and sharp.

The tech is decent — 6.5-inch screen, DAB radio, satellite navigation (SD card-based), voice control, and Bluetooth. I’ve used it for long drives and city stuff, and it’s been reliable. The cabin is grey cloth — not flashy, but clean and comfy. All the seats are in good shape, and the bodywork is spotless.

I’ve kept it well looked after — full service history, 12 months MOT, and it’s got that hill hold assist and hill descent control. That’s useful when driving on steep roads. The 0–62 time is around 9.2 seconds, which isn’t super fast, but it’s not slow either — just feels balanced. I’ve seen it get up to 51 mpg on the highway, which is impressive for a compact SUV.

The interior’s tidy — front and rear floor mats, centre armrest, heated windscreen wipers, and even a first aid kit. There’s a spare wheel, parking sensors, and all the safety stuff like airbags and ESP. I’ve never had any major issues with it.

It’s parked in north-berwick, East Lothian now — just a quick drive from the coast. I’m not selling it because I need to move on, but I’ve been looking at a few other options and thought I’d share it.
