Merida cyclocross 9000 CX bike – small frame, carbon frame, electronic gears, gravel road bike
Description
So I’ve got this Merida cyclocross 9000 – it’s a small frame, carbon frame with carbon wheels and now upgraded to electronic gears. I picked it up a few years ago and kept it mostly as-is, but recently swapped out the wheels and upgraded the gear system to electronic. The wheels alone are worth about £1,000 used, and the gear set is worth around £800. The seat is about £200, and the frame set is worth close to £1,000. So in parts, it’s worth at least £3,000. I originally had it priced at £2,400, which was already a good deal, and I’ve now cut it to £1,500 – a real bargain.
I saw someone on eBay asking £6,000 for the same bike without the carbon wheels or the electronic gears – so this one’s way better value. The bike rides great, works perfectly, and the carbon frame and wheels make it quite stiff and responsive.
It’s based in drybrook, Forest of Dean, so if you’re local or nearby, feel free to pop by. No messers, just a straightforward sale. I’ve gone through all the photos – the last one shows it in action. If you’ve got any questions, just ask.
Honestly, it’s a solid bike with a lot of parts that could go on another bike – worth way more than what I’m asking.
