These 4.5kg dumbbells are the ones I’ve been using at home for a few years—mostly for strength training and basic workouts. They’re in good used condition, with a bit of wear on the edges from regular use, but they still hold up well. I’ve kept them stored in a cupboard, so they’re not rusty or damaged.
