2018 Toyota Prius 1.8 VVTi Plug-in Excel 5-door Hatchback

Description

So, I’ve been keeping this car for a while now — it’s a 2018 Toyota Prius with the Excel trim, which isn’t super common. It’s a plug-in hybrid, so it runs on petrol and electric, and the 1.8L engine is pretty smooth. Only 15,799 miles on it, which is pretty low for its age — means it’s been well looked after and not been hammered by the roads.

It’s got Euro 6 compliance, which is good for emissions, and the MOT runs until June 2026 — so plenty of time before it needs another check. The Excel trim comes with a colour head-up display, front and rear parking sensors, and a rear-view camera, which makes parking a lot easier — especially in tight spaces. I’ve actually found it easier to park than I thought, thanks to all that tech.

There’s a JBL sound system too — decent audio quality, not flashy but good for the price. And the dusk sensor automatically turns on headlights when it gets dark, which is a small but useful thing.

Now, the boot? Surprisingly big for a hatchback. I’ve been carrying groceries, camping gear, and even a small bike in it — it’s more practical than it looks.

I’m based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, and I’m selling it because I’m moving and just need to get rid of it. The car is in great shape, low mileage, and has all the safety features you’d expect.
