I’ve got a few short-term shop spaces available right now on Chiswick Terrace, Acton Lane — just a stone’s throw from Chiswick Park Station and the A4/M4. The area’s buzzing with independent shops, cafés, and restaurants, and it’s a solid spot for anyone wanting a good mix of foot traffic and local interest.

The parade’s due for redevelopment in April 2026, so these units are actually being offered while they’re still available. There are four units on the ground floor (Nos. 1–12), each around 33 sq m (about 350 sq ft), so you can pick what works best — or combine them to make up to 70 or so sq ft.

I’m not selling this, just letting people know it’s available for short-term use. No long-term commitments needed. The rear parking can be arranged separately if you’re interested.
