Vauxhall Astra 2013 1.7L Diesel Hatchback
Description
So, I’ve got this 2013 Vauxhall Astra Ecoflex with the 1.7L diesel engine — it’s been a solid driver for me over the years. Feels like it’s just come off the lot, really smooth and quiet, and I only did a full brake pad change about three months ago. It’s got parking sensors, Bluetooth, aux input, and an alarm — all the basics I use. Steering’s adjustable too, which I’ve found handy when driving long distances.I’ve got it serviced every few months and did one four months ago — the service light was on when I started it, but the garage just forgot to turn it off. I’ve been driving it fine since, no issues. The only thing I’d say is the passenger-side window regulator’s a bit of a niggler — not a big deal, but it’s cheap to fix.
It’s been tax-free every year, super cheap to insure, and gets around 75 miles per gallon — pretty good for a diesel. I’m not selling it because I need a bigger car. I’ve been looking at something more spacious lately and just can’t keep the old one anymore.
It’s currently in Hawick, Scottish Borders — if you’re local, I’m happy to meet up and show it over. Just thought I’d share it with someone who might actually use it.
