So, I’ve had this van for about three years now, and I’ve done a fair bit of work on it myself. It’s been a proper overhaul — new turbo, new oil feed line for the turbo, stainless steel exhaust, and the cat was cleaned at the same time. Brakes got a full refresh: all four discs and pads replaced, four new brake calipers, six new brake hoses, and both rear brake pipes were replaced too. Battery was replaced last year, headlights are fresh, and I swapped out the drop links and both lower arms — handbrake cables were also new. The subframe was cleaned and painted, and I’ve got a yearly oil change routine going. Fresh MOT until September 2026 — expiry is 9/9/2026.

It’s got all the seats, so if you’re thinking of using it as a people carrier, you’re sorted. Inside, I’ve built up a pretty decent camper setup — there’s a sink unit, a three-door cupboard, and a sliding bench that turns into a small double bed with loads of storage underneath. There’s also an awning that you can pop up against the side — useful if you want to leave it as a stand-alone shelter for gear or just go on a drive.

I’ve got a 2-burner cooking unit in there too (no gas hose, no gas bottle, so it’s not ready to cook with gas yet). And there’s a child’s bed that fits across the front seats — could be used as a shelf if you don’t need it for kids.

There are a few little bits that still need doing — things like fixing the wiring or sealing gaps — but honestly, it’s just a matter of getting it sorted and making it your own. I’m moving to Filey, North Yorkshire, and it’s been sitting in the garage there for a while. It’s not a showroom, it’s just a van I’ve lived with and kept running.
