1960s Midcentury Elliotts of Newbury chair

This chair is from the 60s, made by Elliotts of Newbury — one of those classic midcentury pieces with a clean, solid look. The seat is firmly attached and it doesn’t wobble at all, which is good to know if you’re thinking of using it regularly. The vinyl seat is flat and wipes clean easily — no fancy stains or spills sticking around. It’s not a set, just a single chair, but it’s still solid and well-made. Height is about 80cm, seat height 42cm, backrest width 40cm, seat width 45cm. I’ve kept it in good shape, mostly just dusted and stored, so it’s ready to use or maybe even display. It’s from garndolbenmaen, Gwynedd — I’m just passing it on to someone who might appreciate it. Price is £45, but I’m not going to say that in the title — just thought I’d mention it in case you’re curious.
