2022 Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TDI 200 GTD 5dr DSG Hatchback
Description
Got this Golf GTD in Pure White a few years ago, and it’s still one of my go-to cars for long drives. The 2.0 TDI engine gives you that punchy diesel drive without being too noisy—perfect for the road, especially when you're on the move. It’s got 18-inch Bakersfield alloy wheels, which look sharp and make it stand out without being flashy. The LED matrix headlights are a nice touch—auto-adjust the beams and help you see better at night, which I’ve found useful on darker routes. The folding door mirrors are handy too, especially when parking in tight spots or getting in and out of the car.
Inside, the cabin feels roomy and clean. Leather upholstery, a big touchscreen for navigation and music, and a decent six-speaker sound system keep things smooth. The digital dash gives you access to things like Adaptive Cruise, Lane Assist, and speed limiter—useful features that actually help with driving, not just show off.
I’ve used it in a few different cities, and it’s compliant with CAZ and ULEZ rules, so no fines in the city centres. That’s a real relief when you’re commuting.
It’s currently based in Baildon, Bradford, and I’m looking to part with it—just a solid, reliable car with good miles and solid service history. The price is £23,121, which I figured was fair given the condition and features.
I’ve been with Oldham Volkswagen for years, and they’ve always been great with advice and help. If you’re thinking of getting into a used Golf, I’d say this one’s worth a look—especially if you want something practical, well-equipped, and a bit sporty.
Let me know if you want to see it—happy to chat.
