I’ve had this Silentnight Deep Sleep Duvet for a few months now and it’s honestly been a game-changer for my sleep. It’s a single, 10.5tog, so it’s warm enough all year round without being too heavy. The microfibre outer feels soft, and the hollowfibre filling gives it a nice, plush feel — not too thick, not too light. I’ve been using it in my single bed, and it fits perfectly (200cm x 135cm). It’s white, so it blends in well with any decor.

I opened it up to check it out properly and took a few photos, just in case you’re curious. It’s washable too, which is a real plus — no need to worry about getting it dirty or doing laundry every other week. Made in the UK, and I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying it’s reliable and hypoallergic, which is great if you’re sensitive to allergens.

I’m moving to Gravesend, Gravesham, and it’s just sitting in the back of my closet.
