Description

Got this caravan sitting at Skipsea Sands, but I’m passing it on because my parents have been unwell and it’s just not something I can manage anymore. It’s a 2013 Delta Sea Breeze, 35ft x 12ft — clean, well-maintained, no damp, no worries. The place is in great shape, fully furnished with fresh bedding, pots, pans — everything you’d need right off the bat. Double glazing, central heating with gas, and it’s got two bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds or bunk beds. The lounge sofa also folds out into a bed, so it can sleep up to 6 or 8 guests easily.

It’s pet and kid friendly, and the site is open all year, so it’s a solid base for holidays or just chill time. I’ve got 12 months’ lease at Skipsea Sands included, and it’s been used very little — just a few trips, mostly quiet time.

I’m happy for viewings, but I’m aiming to sell it quickly, and ideally straight deal. If you’re thinking of using it for a family stay or even letting it out to others (subletting is fine), that’s totally okay — just keep it in the family or with good people.

Price’s at £9,900 — that’s the number I’m working with, though I’m open to offers near that. No silly ones, no back-and-forth. If you’re interested, just drop me a message.
