This 2009 Renault Clio has been a solid daily driver for me over the years – I’ve only had it for a few years and it’s never needed a major repair. It’s been with two owners before me, and I’ve kept it well maintained.

Mileage’s at 51,000, which feels low for the age, and it’s been in great shape since day one. Petrol, manual gearbox – nothing fancy, but it’s smooth and easy to drive, especially in the city. I’ve had it through a few winters and it’s held up well.

The interior’s clean and tidy – I’ve just wiped down the seats and dash. The dashboard’s a bit worn at the edges, but nothing major. Small scuff on the bumper, just cosmetic – nothing to worry about.

MOT’s valid until May 2026, and it’s HPI clear – no finance history, no accidents. The last MOT didn’t throw any red flags, so it’s been a reliable workhorse.

I’ve used it for commuting and short trips, and it’s one of the most fuel-efficient cars I’ve ever had. Insurance and tax are pretty low too.

It’s not flashy, but it’s dependable. I’m moving house and it’s time to hand it over – I’ve been using it for years and it’s just about ready for a new driver.
